String freeze exception for Krita 5.2 branch (Part 2)

Hello translators,

there have been some small string changes in Krita's stable branch. A preferences string "Long-press to open context menus" has been added:

The 5.2 manual has also gotten updates to document this and the touch painting setting mentioned in an analogous mail from last month:

The settings are important for accessibility to some users that don't have a way to right-click with their stylus, hence the decision to backport.
