Where do I find the website build with documentation-kstars-docs-kde-org ?

The documentation of kstars used to be in .../docmessages/kstars/...

Apparently these files are gone and are now located in .rst files, of which 
.pot files are in .../messages/documentation-kstars-docs-kde-org/...

The website docs.kde.org still contains the documentation for kstars build 
from .../docmessages/kstars/... files.

So I wonder where the website can be found build from the .rst files. Also 
where the website is build from the translated information.
