In KDE (in Linux) we base our language translations on the glibc locales, if
there is no locale we can't select the language translation.
It seems that there is no locale info for Venetian in glibc.
Our suggestion would be to first make sure Venetian has a glibc locale and
then we can continue with adding it to KDE software.
https://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/Locales
and specifically
https://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/Locales#Creating_and_Updating_Locale_Data
seem like the place to start adding a locale to glibc.
Best Regards,
Albert
