ADD Venetian language (ISO 639-3 vec)

Good morning, I kindly ask to include the Venetian language (ISO 639-3 vec)
in the lists of languages translatable for KDE.

I saw with great regret that KDE is not recognizing the Venetian language
in this list.

Would it be possible to add it in order to proceed with the translation of
the various projects?
