As you can see in  
https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kf5/nl/messages/websites-kde-org/promo.po?r1=1707431&r2=1707463
(scroll down to see lines 5748) for some reason your commit is changing the Spanish flag text on the English text, so when scripty goes over it the next day it can not match the source text properly and marks it as fuzzy because scripty thinks the English text has changed.

What are you using to edit that file? 

I just used lokalize and went an unfuzzied that string and did not create such a difference on the English text, just removed the fuzzy marker didn't do any change to the English text.
