New KDE Language Team - Luganda

Hello,
I see there is no KDE l10n/i18n team for the Luganda (lg) language.I would like to start one and am aware of advice to start by translating kcoreaddons, kio and kxmlgui.

I have already completed LXQt and LXDE and qtbase (at Qt).
I look forward to hearing back.
