String freeze exception in the stable Krita branch

Hi, all!

I have pushed a critical fix into Krita's stable branch. It adds two
strings, which explains to the user the reason for the error when saving
the document. The string freeze exception is made because the bug was
critical and prevented the user from saving the document at all.
