Bulgarian translation breaks KStars build (Freek de Kruijf)

Hello, Before uploading to svn I have checked the translation 
and build the Master Branche without any issues. 
The problem  is not in the Translation itself. The KStars 
documentation uses a plenty of entities. Perhaps the missing 
entity definition in kdoctool/chstomization/XX/user.entities 
causes the issues, because those entities are normally 
defined in /usr/share/xml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-xxxx/
common/XX.xml
