Website manual glaxnimate in Dutch

With a huge delay (sorry) I enabled all languages with coverage >25% now.

Unfortunately I had to skip Swedish because it breaks the build. I don't understand exactly why. Here is the log in case you want to dig into it: https://invent.kde.org/websites/docs-glaxnimate-org/-/jobs/2003335
