Spanish (es) and Catalán (ca) translation of the NGI open letter

Hello everyone,

Some people from KDE-es have translated the open letter to the EC asking them 
not to defund NGI and FLOSS (translations attached).

They are asking how would they get it on the site and I don't know what to 
tell them, mainly because I don't know.

Can you advise please?
