Yes, you can invent words, that's how languages work, we have "all" done that 
when translating into our languages. Eventually you're the first one trying to 
translate something.

You invent a word, and tell the consortium what you did, they may agree or 
disagree, if they disagree and eventually come up with a different word, you 
can update your translation when that happens.

KLettres uses kcoreaddons, kxmlgui and kio, so if you want to translate 
klettres fully, you need to translate those libraries anyway.
