KDE translations in Bulgarian

   I am interested in helping with the translations of KDE to Bulgarian, however, I don`t receive any response from our team`s mailing list. I have also contacted the administrator of the official website, regarding our country`s translations, but to no avail. Now, I`m not sure from where and how to start.
   
   
   I believe I should ask to be included in the project by sending an email to this mailing list, however, I`m not sure on how to proceed after that.  So far I`ve been reviewing all kinds of documentation about it, but any help/advice would be appreciated.
