Context only changes creating fuzzy strings or how to enable pology sieves scripts

Having complete UI context markers can be useful for the translators. 
For example, some languages might use a different translation for a 
string depending on whether it’s an action, a tooltip or a window title 
(e.g., in English, there are different capitalisation rules for windows 
titles and tooltips).

The technical solution is to use ‘posieve unfuzzy-ctxmark-only’:
