Outdated translations in Konqueror

This is because I haven't yet pushed the changes needed to compile with Qt6, 
as I was waiting to solve the documentation problem. I have everything ready 
on my system. To make it compile, I had to also remove the ru directory 
because it failed to build because of an undefined &koffice; entity.
