Subtitles: Valencian is missing?

Hi Antoni,
this is a limitation on PeerTube side. I opened a MR a few days ago to
add it but it is still in progress:

If you have any input that can help, feel free to jump in the conversation.

There is also a MR opened for Brazilian Portuguese
(https://github.com/Chocobozzz/PeerTube/pull/5971).
