String website freeze for GCompris 3.2

Hi,
we have also freezed the website translation (
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/po/gcompris-net.po/).

There are more strings as expected as we now translate all locales to
display them in a list for the translation status (this will allow us to
prepare news at the same time as the next releases).
There are 60 strings to translate, 11 related to the news and 49 being
locales potentially displayed.
If needed, I can help with the locales that already were translated in
previous news (most of them are in translated page of
https://gcompris.net/news/2023-01-18-en.html).

As usual, we will be able to update the website as soon as there are new
translations, so there is no deadline and we will start to update it on
March 29th when we release GCompris 3.2

If you want me to commit your files, please only send the file to me, do
not keep the mailing lists in copy.
