l10n-kf5-plasma-lts (Plasma 5.24) is no more, please update your scripts

Thank you, and in fact scripty stopped processing that branch 2 years ago,
when it was moved to the current server.
I've now disabled that branch from summit, and we will remove its statistics
from the l10n.kde.org site.
