New stable branch for Smb4K

Dear translators,

I just want to let you know that we are about to release a new version of 
Smb4K and a new stable branch "3.2" has been created. Please include it into 
the translation process.

Please note that I already modified the i18n repo metadata and made stable_kf5 
point to the new branch.
