Translation of KDevelop-IDE to German language

Hello everyone,

for the KDevelop IDE 5.6.2 - which has been almost completely Germanized 
- I have translated most of the untranslated passages into German 
language. Where can I upload the PO/MO files to make them widely 
available for the community?
