New Stable Branch for Krita docs

sorry, I totally missed this. Did the ticket move forward? Can you please add
me to the ticket too? I see that
projects-invent/documentation/docs-krita-org/i18n.json in
sysadmin/repo-metadata.git still points to krita/5.1, and we only change
scripty after repo-metadata is updated.
