The first thing we ask people that want to create a new (or revived) team is to
translate kcoreaddons, kio and kxmlgui as close to 100% as possible and send
them to me in private (no need to bother the rest of the people in the mailing
list with those files).
For Greek we do have some existing localization files, but as you mentioned
there isn't anyone working on them.
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/team/el/kcoreaddons/
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/team/el/kio/
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/team/el/kxmlgui/
But those are quite translated to Greek already, so in addition of those I
will ask to also please translate karchive and kunitconversion
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/team/el/karchive/
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/team/el/kunitconversion/
So your first task to become your own "1 person translator team to Greek" [*]
would be to get those files as close to 100% as possible and send
them to me.
Do you need help with how the translation workflow works?
Best Regards,
Albert
[*] Maybe two people if George Stefanakis wants to join you
