docs.digikam.org web is brokened again [pology rules]

  Hi to all translators,

  Some time ago I made these rules (for docs.krita.org), which help a lot not 
to make certain mistakes in the restructurentext code.

Use:

posieve check-rules  -s rfile:pology/lang/ca/rules/restructuredtext.rules ca/
messages/digikam-doc/

but it is usable on all projects.

  If you can improve them, it will be much better. ;-)

PD: With the last improvements, we (Catalan) have two mistakes.
