Plasma String freeze exception request

Hello translators,

I would like to request a string freeze exception for 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/1170.

It adds two new strings: "Breeze Light" and "Breeze Dark." These strings 
he been previously translated in the kcm_lookandfeel catalog, but not 
the kcm_landingpage catalog. If approved, the translations can be copied 
over as no new translation work is needed here.

Please include me in replies as I'm not CCd to this list.
