It didn't download any translation because the translations for messages are
already inside the repository (see the first line "Found existing
translations"). And then it tried to download the translation for the
documentation, but those are inside the repository too, so it tried to get the
missing ones, and they are not available ("No translations for: " lists
languages for which there is no fully translated docbook - you may see that it
and fr, just to name two, are not listed).

The scripts are working, the problem here is that this is the fist project
which had a stable branch created from master after the injection started, so
yes, we probably need to enable the injection just for it to start with.

You can and should add it, in master first and backport it.
