Being coordinator for kabyle locale

the kabyle locale in KDE localization doesn't have a coordinator, I would like to become a coordinator and translator for the kabyle locale. my username in KDE Identity is: selyankab, I have already sent" the first translated files and they are integrated in: https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kf5/kab/
