String Freeze for Krita 5

Hi,

We're currently feature freeze: we should be working fixing bugs for Krita 5, not on new features.

It's also time to go into (soft) string freeze. Fixing typoes and improving wording is still okay, but let's be very careful when adding new strings. 

I'm also considering setting up krita/5 as the new stable branch, but I'm not sure I want to spend so much time cherry-picking commits back and forth until August...
