String freeze for KGeoTag

Dear l10n team,

for now, everything has been fixed and added to KGeoTag for the first release.
This time for real ;-) So, as of now, the strings are actually frozen. I plan
the release in about four weeks, at end of february (so that there's enough
time left to complete the translations, although most are already compelete or
almost complete).

Thanks again for your great work and sorry again for having to un-freeze the
sources. Now, everething looks good :-)
