Unable to register for sq team.

Hi Agron, Besnik,

I've updated the filenames to be the correct ones, moved the
gcompris-net.po to websites-gcompris-net, and added the changes in stable
branch too (as we use them for releases).

Also updated GCompris and the website codes to handle Albanian.
