Wrong HTML tag in katesnippetsplugin.po

Hello,

I found a wrong HTML tag in the katesnippets.po (message #20): <a href="A
snippet can
contain editable fields. They can be cycled by pressing Tab. The following
expressions can be used in the template text to create fields: <br>

The <href> tag is not closed, so Lokalize always try to substitute the
first tag always.
