Help debug Qt translations not loading

Hi,

With kde qt5 patch collection, pt_BR was included so I was eager to test it
but it didn't work.

I found 2 issues, the first a mistake of mine (
https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-95014) with wrong references
inside qt_pt_BR.ts and the other problem is that it loads pt file instead
of pt_BR, so I open https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-95013 and after
upstream didn't find the issue I open
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=440839

As I don't have knowledge on Qt language I'm seeking for help debugging
this:

1) Confirm if KDE loads pt or pt_BR (in ki18n framework this is done if I'm
not wrong)

And if it load pt:

2) Check if is a KDE only issue or Qt in general

If its in Qt:

3) Make a simple example showing this for send it upstream
