New strings in pim/kalarm

The idea of the string freeze is that you don't add new strings at all so translators that had a 100% can be sure users don't see untranslated text.

Adding new *untranslatable* strings is not a workaround to the freeze, it's worse because now everybody gets it untranslated.

So given you've already broke the freeze you may as well immediately make it translatable so at least some teams can fix the string freeze break.
