New strings in pim/kalarm

I've had to add two new user visible strings in KAlarm as part of the fix for 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=437217. Due to the string freeze, they 
are not set as translatable in the code. I would like permission to make them 
translatable in the 21.08 branch.
