The translation at

./plasma-desktop/kcm_autostart.po

got moved to
./plasma-workspace/kcm_autostart.po

But you committed a version back into plasma-desktop yesterday.  This is
breaking Neon's unstable git packages.  Can you delete the plasma-desktop
version?
