KDE Gear 21.04 announcement available

Hi all,

The KDE Gear 21.04 announcement is available for translations :D
The release is planned for Tuesday next week.

Phunh and me also worked on making more websites translatable. This includes
elisa.kde.org, planet.kde.org (just the interface), okular.kde.org and
hopefully more in the future. But this is less urgent to translate compared
to the gear announcement.
