NeoChat string freeze

Hello everyone,

NeoChat is now in string freeze. The 1.0 release will happen on
the 18-19 December weekend. The time is relatively short but since
this is the first release and we expect with more users to get more
bug reports, we intend to also create a bugfix release on the 24
December for Christmas. So that bugfixes and translations quickly
reach our users.

I hope this is ok for everyone

The stable branch is called 1.0.
