Adding Corse as language

Hi,
we got contacted by people that would like to translate GCompris in
Corse language.
There is no actual team for this language.

I have asked them if they want to contribute more to the KDE
translation than just GCompris and I'm waiting for their reply.

If they only want to contribute to GCompris translation, is it still
possible to create a team to handle the translation?
