Thank you very much for provided screenshots. Could you please help further and
execute following two commands in your Terminal and post result(s) here. First
command:

   locate kio6.mo | grep "/de"

Second command depends on output of first one, let's suppose kio6.mo is located
in "/usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/"
Then second command would be:

   cat /usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/kio6.mo | grep --text
"PO-Revision-Date"
