$ kontact --version
Qt: 4.8.6
KDE: 4.14.0
Kontact: 4.14

Using an event with a reminder "5 Days before event starts" I see this in the
tooltip of the event:

KDE_LANG=en_US kontact: "5 days before the start" (correct)

KDE_LANG=de kontact: "1 Tag vor dem Beginnt" (wrong)

KDE_LANG=fr kontact: "1 your avant le début" (wrong)

KDE_LANG=en_GB kontact:  "1 day before the start" (wrong)

This seems to be an error in any language != en_US,  therefore reassigning to
product Kontact
