Kubuntu 10.10 system:
$ kcalc --version
Qt: 4.7.0
KDE: 4.6.2 (4.6.2)
KCalc: 2.8

branch 4.7 compiled from sources:
$ kcalc --version
Qt: 4.7.0
KDE: 4.6.90 (4.7 RC1)
KCalc: 2.9

@ Attila:
Using your attached *mo files in both systems listed above I can not reproduce
the bug, "2" + "Strg+2" works.
