Seems to be fixed in Natty Narwhal Beta 2, all the things in the Plasmoid, like
“Connecting to xyz” or “Unmanaged” are translated.
Unfortunately, the notifications (“Wireless network appeared” and others) are
all untranslated although the .po files contain the translations, I just
checked that.
