de.po für KDE Partition Manager

Hallo zusammen,

während der Entwicklung von KDE Partition Manager (seit gestern in playground) habe ich auch eine deutsche Übersetzung erstellt und gepflegt, um sicher zu sein, dass die Applikation sich halbwegs ordentlich lokalisieren lässt.

Der letzte Stand des de.po Files ist anbei, wenn das jemand hilft.
