Eine mathematische Formel/Funktion, die die zu besuchenden Punkte durch eine 
Interpolation verbindet.

Selbst wenn man die Grafik beiseite lässt, die Form kommt aus der Mathematik 
und da wird zwar vom Linienintegral gesprochen, aber ansonsten vom Pfad. 
(Also auch vom Linienintegral entlang eines Pfades.)
