Ja, oder vielleicht noch besser: Hauptpasswort (in Anlehnung an den 
Hauptschlüssel einer Schließanlage).

Jedenfalls sollte es einheitlich sein. Also wenn, dann bitte die Vorkommen von 
Kennwort entsprechend ersetzen.
