msg2qm kommt mit den Qt-tools mit.
Jetzt wo ich Deine Mail lese fällt mir erst auf, dass das eigentlich Blödsinn 
ist, den ich da geschrieben habe. msgfmt ist natürlich viel universeller und 
vor allem hat das eigentlich jeder installiert. msg2qm muss man nämlich 
nachinstallieren.
Ich werde das besser gleich im Handbuch ändern, danke für den Hinweis!
