Könnte man mit "Stellen Sie die Photos die Sie mit Ihrem Kamerahandy machen in 
ihrem Blog online." übersetzen. Siehe auch hier: 
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blog, falls du nicht/noch nicht/nicht genau 
weist was ein Blog bzw. bloggen ist.

Ein "cameraphone" ist wie oben beschrieben ein "Kamerahandy", "blog the 
photos" würde ich mit "Photos online stellen" oder falls wirklich notwendig 
auch mit "'bloggen' der Photos" übersetzen.
