Hi,

Because there were a lot of changes since RC2 in branches/KDE/4.3, the KDE
release team has agreed on inserting a RC3 into the schedule, which will be
done today.

The final KDE 4.3 deadlines etc all slip by one week, so the tagging for
4.3 is
planned to happen at July 28th.
