This is a long standing error/misconception in the catalan translation of K
 Desktop Environment.

Many times discussed in the mailing list as far as I know "Arranjament"
 doesn't make sense with anything related to settings or preferences but for
 adaptations of musical works or furniture disposal.

This bug report is just a formalization of my complaint.

Willing that the translation team finally works with a bazaar model rather
 than the cathedral one.
