Best way IMO would be for powerdevil to be able to ask kscreen to
change the configuration: e.g. either powerdevil or kscreen provides a
PowerDevilAction that calls kscreen via some API and asks it to do its
thing.

I wonder if a lid close action should always do something - perhaps
defaulting to
the kscreen action if nothing else is configured?
