[kde-guidelines] HIG pattern about simple vs. advanced settings

Im/Export affect all groups, if that's your concern. We can also place the
function in a menu button "Exchange", "Access", or "Candy" to have only one
button remaining.
GHNS affects the preview in that it loads another otion into this view. The
preview is not only to see how settings look but also a selection. An
example is the KCM for pointing devices (discussion in the forum, mockup at
http://i.imgur.com/JjH19DK.png). But feel free to suggest a better layout.
For instance, we can discuss if it makes sense to place access to GHNS at
the bottom panel, like Help, Candy (Save as...,Load from..., -, GHNS!),
Apply, Ok, Cancel.
