[kde-guidelines] Revitalize the Design Crew. Hand count.

Ok brilliant! I mailed Elena Ramirez who isn't on this list but who seems 
interested at joining up and who has past experience working within KDE. 

So far its 	Ivan Čukić, Björn Balazs, Heiko Tietze, Me, Thomas Pfeiffer and 
probably Elena (and I think Thomas had one or two other people in mind). 

As soon as we get a good list - we can get to work hammering out details and 
ideas for improving workflow and how to spread the word. Also, if possible: a 
google hangout or something similarly informal as a chat space for a first 
"meeting"?

Does that sound ok?
